And hoarding knows no wealth boundaries, as it can often be in the best of areas that you find these houses overflowing with rubbish and in dire need of renovation, which really seems like the ultimate waste of a premium property. When this house went on the market, there was little interest due to it’s squalid condition. It was at this point when brothers Rob and Andrew Gray spotted this opportunity in Brisbane to flip the house that others viewed as completely untouchable.
